Shipping methods

Unicorn-sunset.com delivers parcels worldwide via «Nova Poshta». All orders are processed within 1 working day. However, during sale seasons, there may be slight delays due to the high volume of orders being processed. Unicorn-sunset.com is not responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Unicornsunset. All shipments include an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item, and sale or discounted items will reflect their reduced prices. The value of goods will be publicly displayed on the package insert for tax purposes on all orders. Once orders are dispatched, they can no longer be canceled, and the delivery address cannot be changed, so please ensure the correct address is provided at checkout. Upon receiving your parcel, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you (or someone you nominate, other than a carrier) received the goods.

Unicornsunset has created and published the website Unicorn-sunset.com with the mission of offering a service exclusively for its Clients. The products available on Unicorn-sunset.com are intended for the Final Customer. By "Final Customer," Unicorn-sunset.com refers to individuals who do not engage in entrepreneurial or professional activities, including but not limited to the resale of merchandise purchased from Unicorn-sunset.com. Therefore, Unicorn-sunset.com requests that Users who are not considered "Final Customers" refrain from attempting to establish business relations with Unicorn-sunset.com or using third-party accounts to place orders for merchandise on sale. In line with the commercial policy described above, Unicorn-sunset.com reserves the right not to process orders from individuals who are not Final Customers, as well as any orders that do not conform to these commercial policies. Unicorn-sunset.com reserves the right to decline to process an order and/or offer services to anyone at any time. Additionally, Unicorn-sunset.com reserves the right to decline an order if it does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank. Unicorn-sunset.com may also delay a shipment if it cannot be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Please note that during promotions and sales, immediate shipping may be delayed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order but a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance and completion of the contract between you and Unicorn-sunset.com will occur when we email you that the goods have been dispatched. Please note that neither our third-party payment processor nor our designated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Unicorn-sunset.com. We reserve the right not to accept your order in situations where we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the item ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse to process and accept a transaction for any reason, or to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any merchandise from Unicorn-sunset.com, whether or not the merchandise has been sold. Additionally, we may remove, screen, or edit any materials or content on Unicorn-sunset.com, refuse to process a transaction, or unwind or suspend any transaction after processing has begun, without liability.

While we make every effort to ensure that the details on our website are accurate, errors in product pricing may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We are not obligated to accept or fulfill an order for a product advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order, whether it has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product priced incorrectly, we will inform you by email or phone that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been canceled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will issue a full refund as soon as possible. In cases where products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.

Available Items: Orders consisting of available items will be processed on the next working day after confirming their availability and verifying the bank transaction. Credit card transactions will be settled only when the order is processed. Please note that during seasonal and promotional sales, there may be delays in processing orders.

Pre-Order item: A pre-order is a reservation for an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. Pre-order items will be shipped once the products arrive in the warehouse, within the timeframe specified on the item's purchase page. If there is a delay in the delivery of pre-ordered merchandise, Unicorn-sunset.com will promptly inform customers and issue a refund. Unicorn-sunset.com is not responsible for delays in shipment caused by circumstances beyond our control that result in pre-ordered products arriving later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page. For pre-order purchases, credit cards will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Regarding order with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen in 2 different phases:

  • Available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods
  • Pre-orderable items will be shipped right after items are available in stock.

Shipping costs

Please note that if a customer refuses delivery of a parcel for any reason, shipping costs and import duty fees associated with the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total order refund.

Depending on the shipping service chosen, orders placed on Unicorn-sunset.com may be delivered any day of the week. Shipping costs can vary based on the selected service, shipping address, and the origin of the products. Express and standard shipping options are available in the countries and through the methods listed below. All shipping options for your order and destination will be displayed at checkout.

When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number (AWB) for your order. To track the status of your order, you can visit the courier’s website and enter the AWB number in thee «track your shipment» area».

Delivery time

Unicorn-sunset.com processes orders from Monday through Friday, within 48 hours of placing the order or the next available business day. Orders placed from Friday through Sunday or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Unicorn-sunset.com ships worldwide via «Nova Poshta». We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country.

Refund

If a customer requests a refund for returned item(s), a credit note will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and the item(s) pass a quality check. The refund process will take up to 10 days from the arrival of the item(s) at the warehouse. Please note that any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed.

Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used at checkout. The refunded amount should appear on your next billing statement, but this may vary depending on banks and credit providers and could take up to 30 working days.

Returns

Customers may return their order, either in full or in part, for any reason. Unicorn-sunset.com processes refunds within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise (excluding certain beauty products containing hazardous or flammable materials, such as fragrances and aerosols).

Items must be returned in their original condition, neatly packed, and with the return tag still attached.

Note that customized items cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for ensuring that customization details are correct. Once a customized order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered. Customization requests cannot be made for items after an order has been placed or delivered.

If you purchased products from one of our authorized resellers, please contact them directly as they have their own return policies. Returns cannot be made to our online store.

Terms and conditions of return

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, including all materials received with the items (such as dust bags, covers, etc.), and should include a copy of the invoice inside.

The item(s) must be in their original, unharmed condition—unwashed, unworn, and unaltered—with all original security seals still attached. When trying on shoes, please avoid scratching the soles or marking the shoe box. Briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip, as these items cannot be accepted if the strip is removed due to hygiene reasons. We will not accept returns for items that have been worn or are soiled.

The Unicornsunset packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.

If the item does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

All products are inspected for faults at the warehouse. However, if you receive an item that is not in its original condition, please contact us at ecommerce@unicorn-sunset.com.

Goods are considered faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be deemed faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our products on Unicorn-sunset.com. However, due to variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will be completely accurate.

Exchanges for purchased products are not permitted. Therefore, products received after purchase can only be returned for a refund of the purchase price, in accordance with the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
